Cancellation Policy:
All tests may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours advance notice.
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment please give 48 hours advanced notice, to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. Details of a credit or debit card must be provided at the time of booking, however no funds will be taken at that time.
No charges will be made against a clients card unless the client fails to attend the appointment, or fails to give adequate notice.
